This easy brusk ribs recipe consists of tender beef, a simple sauce, and a recipe for cauliflower mash to serve with the ribs! Here's what you'll need (curl downwards for the total recipe). We used this Instant Pot for the recipe!

Beef Short Ribs

  • Beef Short Ribs: I utilize boneless short ribs, only bone-in will work too. Keep in mind that bone-in ribs will take slightly longer to melt. See beneath.

For Beef Curt Ribs:

  • 3 pounds boneless beefiness curt ribs
  • 2 teaspoon fine sea salt

Instructions

For Beef Short Ribs:

  1. Season the short ribs generously with salt and pepper.
