I'm not exaggerating when I say that this Clean Eating Sugariness Irish potato Casserole is awesome!! It is one of my absolute favorite Thanksgiving dishes. Well, yous know, this and stuffing, and cranberry sauce, and pecan pie. 😉 What can I say, I'1000 a sucker for yummy Thanksgiving food, but this sweet irish potato casserole is e'er a hitting with my family and my in-laws! The original recipe is from thepioneerwoman.com,  and I just did some editing to make information technology a cleaner and healthier dish. You and your family are absolutely going to dearest it!

One dainty affair about this dish too, is that it tin can be prepped days in accelerate so it doesn't add together extra stress to your vacation. Clean Eating Sweet Potato Casserole

  • 4 medium sweet potatoes

  • ½ cup whole wheat flour
  • ¾ stick butter
  • 1 cup unrefined coconut carbohydrate
  1. Wash the sweet potatoes and bake them in a 375 degree oven until tender, about xxx-35 minutes. When they are finished cooking (and had a minute to cool) slice them open and scrape out the mankind into a large bowl.
  2. Add maple syrup, milk, eggs, vanilla, and common salt. With a spud masher, brew them up but until combined - y'all don't want them to be too smooth.
  3. In a split up basin, add chopped pecans, flour, butter and coconut sugar. With a pastry cutter or fork, mash together until completely combined and crumbly.
  4. Spread the sugariness white potato mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle the crumb mixture on meridian. If you lot are making the potatoes ahead of time, go along the topping in a ziplock bag and shop both in the fridge. So simply add the topping correct earlier blistering.
  5. Bake uncovered in a 400 degree oven for 30 minutes, or until aureate brown.
